The owner Petra is super friendly and kind. She makes you feel at home. The whole environment is very welcoming.

it was amazing. 3 nights we had at shangri-la Hotel was baran new, so everything was clean , staff very friendly and helpful. we had an amazing river view. breakfast was good and interesting options to choose. we also tried dinner there, which totally was good, but beef berger was amazing.
