Our room was ready when we arrived early and so it was wonderful to be able to check straight in. The room was incredible and exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and view. We arrived via Shinkansen and Minatomirai Line, directly into the hotel from Queen's Square, which also has good restaurant options. We left for Haneda Airport the following afternoon on the bus directly from the hotel having spent a day in the area on foot. It couldn't have been more convenient for out last night in Japan.

1) The fridge in my room(1009) did not work in the second day, however, staffs immediately paid lots of effort to fix the issue and made it up to us. The hotel is quite new and most importantly very convenient location! We can easily walk from Yokohama station through Nissan building and even to Minato Mirai area and couldn’t ask more.
