It's a brand new hotel, excelent staff, spacious rooms with great views either to the river or the airport (we got the river side and enjoyed out last glimpse of the city life before going back home). Super comfortable bed, as usual in japan the bathrooms are a dream come true, automatic toilet, excelent shower pressure and extremelly clean. It's located around 10 minutes away from Terminal 3 in Haneda and having the shuttle bus come and pick you up from the 1st floor was great, specially if your flight departs early in the morning. It also has 5 washing machines, which was great because in other hotels there were either 2 or 3 and were always occupied until 2am (and you can check which ones are available in your tv room!). The monorail station is just a few steps aways so you can get anywhere in Tokio very easily.

In general a superb place to stay in connection with an international flight to/from Haneda. Extremely convenient location a 5 minute walk inside from the terminal, and also a number of shops and restaurants in the same building complex as the hotel. Super nice onsen public bath that was included with the room charge. Great service and amenities etc.

Located in a small quiet town just next to Haneda. Very clean and comfortable.
Owner was very friendly and could speak/understand English. Great host who even prepared amenities for me when I mentioned I wanted to go to the nearby Sento. Embodies the philosophy of 一期一会 and represents great Japanese hospitality.

We booked this stay only a few days in advance, and got a great price. It was by far the largest 'room' we stayed in during our entire trip, with basically a studio apartment plus a bedroom down the hall. The facilities were very nice, with pictures on the wall next to all the control systems showing the english instructions for how to operate them. BIG bath room with a very nice digitally controlled bath. If I had known how nice this place was, I would have stayed here several nights instead of just the one night before our flight out.

The attention to detail by the host is exceptional. Every item in the house is clearly labeled with neat English stickers, making it super easy to find and use everything. The kitchen came stocked with thoughtful extras: a coffee machine with fresh beans, a selection of tea bags, milk, sugar, and more. These small touches made a big difference and made us feel genuinely welcomed.

I had a wonderful stay! The admin was very responsive, making communication a breeze. The house was clean and featured beautiful interior design, creating a lovely atmosphere. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and was conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to find. Highly recommend!
