Very quiet neighborhood, nice family owned business. The house and facilities are clean and all the other guests were considerate of others. We had a lovely stay and went shopping at Old Nakasendo every day :)

On the first day of my stay, two flights were cancelled due to the typhoon and the owners were kind enough to cancel the first day of my stay so that I did not suffer any further financial loss. The rooms are clean and well equipped and there are lots of cheap supermarkets on on weekends, which is a great experience.

This place is a great option if you're travelling on a budget. It is a lovely multistory house ran by a kind family. You have your own room and balcony. There are laundry facilities and an excellent view from the rooftop; where I might add, you can smoke if you need to. Everything is supplied for you, including towels, washing material and such. I was pleasantly surprised. The hospitality was amazing, we were even helped bringing our suitcases up. I will mention that if you cannot speak Mandarin please bring a translation app or such. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at this accommodation was fantastic! The property was impeccably clean and well-organized, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, allowing us to check in early due to our heavy luggage, which we truly appreciated as we had been waiting outside until 4 PM. Their attentiveness and understanding made a huge difference in our experience. Convenience stores such as Lawson, 711, Family Mart and Big A was a 3 to 8 min walk. We also loved the convenience of our room being on the second floor, close to the exit. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and transportation was always readily available, with taxis and vans stationed right outside whenever we needed a ride. Overall, our stay was smooth, stress-free, and highly enjoyable. We would definitely return!
