The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spotless and surprisingly spacious, especially considering Japan’s typical hotel room sizes. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The location was another highlight—just a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. At the same time, it’s not in a heavily crowded area like some prime districts, which made for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the best features was the onsen and sauna. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful yet accessible place to stay!

Loved the proximity to Ayase station and the fact there's so many shops around the hotel (conbini, restaurants, drugstore etc.) Also the coin washer and dryers were life-savers! Furthermore, their own little conbini is perfect if you only need a bottle of water or a snack without needing to go out.

Large, varied, well-cooked and presented breakfast. Both traditional Japanese and Western dishes provided. The drinks selection was excellent, which included teas, coffees, soft drinks, and juices.

I love the place since I get a whole studio apartment for myself. The place is a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo but still close within minutes away from them. The apartment is about 3 minutes walk to the train station and close to convenience stores, restaurants, supermarket, and McDonalds! If you'd like to cook the apartment includes kitchen essentials and stove. I also love the laundry washing machine include in the room apartment!
