Great place for niseko. Great view. Nice and very friendly staff. They came to take us by their private cars when we got stuck without a taxi.

Slowlife was awesome and offered all the facilities that you’ll need for a great ski trip. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of options, the perfect way to start a day on the slopes. Chad and the team went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could possibly be. Thanks again guys and enjoy the rest of the season.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Full team is outstandingly nice and helpful, amenities are beautiful and food is excellent.

Fantastic rooms and staff. Facilities were exactly as described and perfect for those who were skiing or snowboarding. Shuttles run frequently (every 20 mins) from directly outside the hotel to two separate resorts making it very accessible, despite being slightly outside the main Hirafu area. Still easy enough to walk at night if you want to check out the restaurants

Customer service was fantastic. We needed to book a taxi for early in the morning but wasn't able to get the taxi app to work, the gentleman at the front desk called several companies until he could find a driver for us. So very thankful for that as if we couldn't get a driver to the train station, we would've missed our flight back yo tokyo.
Private onsen was amazing, so relaxing.
