Fantastically nice hotel, with stylish and good rooms full of all the equipment you could possibly need. Also a washing machine in the large bathroom. Comfortable beds to sleep in.

The service at this hotel was the best we got on our trip this year. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly. Shipping lugage was spotless, no self-service style. You're fully helped by the staff. We had rooms on the 17th floor, no noise at all from the train station below. Breakfast is very extensive and really well tasting. And again with great staff. Location is perfect if you want to do train trips to Itsukushima and Fukuoka like we did.

All round excellent property. All the check in and check out details were very clearly explained. The property was immaculately clean and tidy with an excellent range of facilities. The location was great, with a streetcar (tram) line less than 10 minutes walk. Thank you.

Apartment was very spacious even though it was only 3 of us but can accommodate a few more. Very clean. Smooth check in as instructions was very clear. The apartment was close to everything which made it easy for us to explore.

Great location for the Peace Park, train station, buses and trams, also lovely restaurants nearby. We loved the very spacious apartment for our family of four. There was also a fabulous Japanese style breakfast service, which you order the night before to be delivered to your room the next morning. Peaceful area of the city and we would definitely love to stay again.

Check-in was smooth, with the host being very helpful. Place was very spacious and basically had everything you'd need. The location was great, didn't realise it was so close to so many things, very good. Would definitely love to stay again.
