Wonderful stay! So nice and helpful staff and volunteers! Every evening there is another activity, like Quiz, Arabic lessons, story telling. They offer tours, answer every email quickly, give you all the information you need. Many terraces for every weather. Delicious food! Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, curtain and light. Thanks! The hotel was amazing. Everything is clean, the staff is helpful and support you in your special requests, as well. Our room was quiet, had a great sleep. At the same time, it’s located in the very center. We walked almost everywhere, couldn’t imagine better location. Breakfast is delicious and the rooftop where it’s served has a great atmosphere.

This Hotel is absolutely amazing! Every single coworker is absolutely stunning and the hospitality outstanding! We are used to stay in Tophotels, but the Ritz in Amman was the BEST!

The hostel is in the beating heart of the city. Restaurants, shops, famous sites are within walking distance. I was alone in a room with 3 beds, so I have plenty of space :D The bathroom was clean, the water was hot, they had a hair dryer, that was all I needed. Me and my friends even had a shisha at the rooftop in the evening, that was awesome :) The receptionist boy was super nice! He let my friends stay with me until their night flight, he even gave them towels to take a shower, and ordered a car to the airport for them :) The other day he recommended me a good restaurant, ordered an Uber for me as well, and even escorted me to the driver. This is what I call a wonderful host! Thank you! :)

We had one family room and it was really nice and big enough. Bathroom was very nice and clean. We had here the best breakfast with a variety of different food. All the staff were very nice and helpful to us.
