Breakfast was good. There was an assortment of cheeses, pastries and bread. Coffee was good as was the juice. The receptionist, Franchesca was very helpful and was always with a smile. The room was very good and the shower was great. I wish to thank everyone for a very good stay.

The staff Mr Pietro and Mrs Natalia were very polite and friendly. Top location in an old historical building next to the main square "Il Campo", though the building had a comfortable lift for upper floors, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The breakfast was Excellent and was served in the Caffe shop downstairs, which was the best coffee shop in the area :) The Quality/ Price was very good. I would be happy to return again to this place.

Really awesome experience. The landlord was very nice, answered all requests and returned messages very promptly, thanks for his help. The room was in a great location, a ten minute walk to the city center. Especially good was the bedding in the room, the mattress and pillows were comfortable and the sheets and duvet covers and bath towels were very clean! The heating was also very hot. At this price for a room with so much care, I believe it is the first choice when visiting Siena.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. It was warm, while it was chilli outside. Our host, Michela was very welcoming and accommodating, she recommended us places to visit and where to eat.The parking was next to the house. Michela has arranged for us a permit for parking inside the old town.

The place is amazing, our room was very spacious, everything was clean. The location is great if you want to stay inside the old city and the view from the balcony is amazing!
