I am totally happy , that I stayed in this apartment. It is very light and cosy, very clean!!! It has perfect balcony. All towels and bed linen are perfectly white and fresh!!!the owner is very kind and helpful, will help u in any extra situation if it happens. I stayed only overnight, however I was surprised in a good way, apartment was super clean, it has everything you need, tea, coffee, salt, oil and etc. Even in the bathroom there was all the hygiene products which is so sweet. location was nice since I was looking stay close to tiburtina, it took me 15 minutes by walk to the station. Rossella is a nicest person I ever met☺️ overall I enjoyed the stay

Excellent service from the owners. Always willing to help and provide suggestions. Very clean rooms and excellent bedding. This place is very safe. Also note that this place is very close to train station and is almost connected to the main train station terminal. The metro station is also very close and transportation was an ease in Rome. Lot of Pizza places and the suggestion of Pizza place from the owner was very good.

Spacious bedroom, cooking facilities and the breakfast supplied (it was more than I expected). Baby cot was provided without extra charge. Staff was friendly and did everything they could to make our experience pleasant.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Monti Tiburtini Guest House! My wife, our two-year-old daughter, and I felt extremely comfortable and welcome throughout our entire visit to Rome. First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank Katia, our amazing host. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. You can truly feel how much effort she puts into making her guests feel at home — her warmth made a big difference in our overall experience. The guest house itself is very clean, cozy, and perfectly maintained. It’s a family-friendly place with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent: there are several shops nearby for anything you might need, and right downstairs in the building, there’s a lovely café where we had breakfast every morning. The staff there is very polite and friendly, and the breakfast selection was great. Although the kitchen is shared with other guests, it was absolutely no problem — actually, it turned out to be a wonderful opportunity to meet other travelers and exchange experiences about visiting Rome. The kitchen was always tidy and well-equipped. The connection to the city center is fantastic. The metro station is very close to the property, and thanks to the convenient location, we were able to explore Rome with ease. We walked around 20 kilometers each day, seeing all the major sights, and it was wonderful to return each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable accommodation. In short: everything exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to coming back to Rome — and of course, staying again at Monti Tiburtini Guest House with Katia as our host! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly located home away from home in Rome. Thank you once again, Katia!
