The room is excellent and big. Everything was nice, comfortable and tidy. The utilities are of good quality. This hotel is one of the few I am willing to voluntarily write a review for. Despite the bathroom being inside the room, the facilities are complete and clean, with complimentary beverages. The child intentionally took a business card upon departure, indicating that they plan to stay here again on their next visit to Rome.

The room was just wonderful. Stayed with my husband in early September. The room is insanely clean, the owner is friendly, she cleaned every day. The kitchen has everything you need for a snack or breakfast. In addition to the necessary things, there was even shaving foam in the room) Very convenient location. It's about 10 minutes to walk from the metro, and it's a few stops to the colosseum by subway. Thank you very much Barbara for the reception, next time we will definitely stay at your place)

Very cozy, nice place in the center of the city. You can easily walk to Colosseum, also there is metro and bus stops nearby, so it's very easy to travel. The room was clear, nice bathroom, every day cleaning. Will definitely stop there again!

The bed was very comfortable, the AC helped a lot with the high humidity, everything was very well thought of. Giulia was excellent with communication and we had all the necessary details we needed. We checked in very late and hadn’t gotten a SIM card and Giulia assisted us so easily which we were so appreciative of. There is also an excellent coffee shop on the next block. Close to two bus stops and the Trastevere area. Everything was wonderful. We would highly recommend staying here.
