Perfect location, just a few steps from the Leaning Tower. Beautiful building with elevator, top floor, nice view and bright rooms. Bigger room, what we expected. Clean and comfortable! The breakfast was also nice, we can't taste everything because of the abundance :)
There are also coffee and tea options in the rooms inside plus a small fridge.
Luca and the staff is very nice and helpful!

The position is perfect. Right next to everything important. The apartment is clean, and it has air conditioning. The building has an elevator. Check in was super easy, check out as well. We had perfect communication with the owner, we received a lot of useful information and he was super nice and understanding about us traveling with the baby and let us check in early and leave the luggages in the apartment until later. They provided a baby bed and there was also a potty. We slept well and the apartment wasn't noisy.

The location was great, loved the kitchen area, though it was for several shared rooms, the room was really cosy. The host himself is a character you’d want to meet and talk, even during few minutes of our encounter he me laugh a lot! Huge thanks to Patrizio, the host, for a very special lift to the shop! :))

The owner Maria is wonderful, she was very friendly and explained how all the facilities work in the flat. She let us also leave our belongings at the place after checkout so we could travel around the city without them.
The breakfast provided was plenty, the terrace is spacious, quiet and private, the bed is comfy and the whole place is very clean.
Maria provides and excellent service whilst caring for her new born baby! Amazing job :)
