Very friendly staff; they just made every day better with a little joke always smiling helping me when I had lost something in my room. Very good location to 3 torri and rest of Milan via metro. Quiet and safe location. Clean rooms and excellent service. Best price comfort location ratio in Milano. Local bars and pizzerias are great small business all stuff home made.

Our very short stay in Milan was made perfect by our staying in the New Apartment. Although the host Roberto was not physically present, the personal touches in the apartment and the generous hospitality made it feel like we had a very warm welcome. Roberto has been very generous with everything - free breakfast with sweet and savoury items, coffee and tea were à volonté. The bed was large and very confortable, bathroom is also well sized. The location was great, near metro station Wagner. The area/district is very pleasant This would be a perfect place to stay when one visits Milan! Definitely for our next visit!

The room was great, clean, cozy, very well furnished, anything else you want you can contact wiam and he will give you timely feedback and solutions.
