Everything is great about this hotel! It is a real experience! The staff is extremely attentive and kind, the services offered are exceptional. I had the room with breakfast and dinner included... I recommend you take this package... Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style and offer an incredible culinary experience! The food is extremely diverse and delights your senses, as are the desserts... You can find anything you want and something can be prepared for you on the spot if you want (eg omelette, paratta, etc). The pool is amazing, you are given water and a towel when you get there. We were also offered late check out (4pm) at no cost. Words are redundant.... This hotel is a 'MUST'!!!!!

Hotel Naaz Executive goes out of the way to ensure that the guests are really comfortable.
As the staff says, "we support family" and they live by it.
During the day long stay, hotel staff ensured that we have the best stay experiences by ensuring the breakfast is delivered on time.
Taxi ride from Bandra station to the hotel was very comfortable and arranged by the hotel on request to ensure that my family doesn't suffer at all looking for taxi with bags to take care.
Vicinity to Pheonix Shopping Mall is an added feature.
