I had one of the best hotel experiences ever. All the staff in this hotel are so friendly and always smiling. I arrived early, and they had my room ready and to top it off, they upgraded my room! This was a total surprise!
The location is also perfect as it is linked to the Lotte mall.

The room is very clean, comfortable and the hotel is located near 3 shopping malls which made it easy to access our needs. The parking area is quite large and convenient for cars and motorcycle. The staff is very friendly and helpful through the process of check in and check out. Also tried the coffee at the lobby and it was super, they provide many coffees and matcha, i recommend you to try kopi si bob and dirty matcha.

OMG I was surprise how nice the staffs were. My husband did note we came here for my birthday when he booked the room. The staffs made the bed with the "towel" birthday cake and the card on it, they even draw a happy birthday on the mirror with some cute gifts. I do appreciate it! Thank you team again!
