The staff were friendly and helpful, we were only here for the weekend and planned on visiting one of the many spas, the hotel leant towels and bathrobes for us to use while at the spa, which was fabulous.
When I messaged to advise we would not be checking in until 1 in the morning, they swiftly came back to me advising it wouldn't be a problem and that they could arrange a taxi transfer on my behalf (payable to the driver).
The room was smart, modern and very clean.
The hotel is only a short walk to the New York Cafe, which was a plus for us as we had a booking there for the Saturday evening.

Everything was great!! Extremely good price for what I got. On the high end of a 3-star experience. I received a large room with a huge bathroom. Great breakfast with lots of options. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel was great. Rooms were confortable and clean, with new furniture and appliances. Breakfast was really good and there were many options of food and drinks. The hotel was close to a shopping mall (around 150m) and to a subway station (around 300m). The staff was really welcoming. I would definitely recommend it.
