Room size is good for family on vacation. Amenities were great as they have everything for the kids. Staff were very accommodating and room is well maintained and cleaned.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, which allowed for a good rest. The Wi-Fi connection was also strong and fast, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would happily return here on our next visit.

The Ambience was the BEST!! We went during Christmas and they nailed the decorations, the music - everything! So much of the property to see, you almost do not want to blink. lol Gorgeous indoor pool, don't forget to also check out the changing rooms! In the morning, you'll see Mickey doing Tai Chi in the lobby. We had the view facing the 'park'/ hotel entrance. (can't actually see the park but you get a view of the momentous upwards of treetops)

The room was spacious and had everything necessary. The bathroom was nice as well. The location was probably the best part of the trip.

Renovation work is taking place from Aug 2025 to February 2026 daily. The Club Lounge, rooftop pool and fitness center are under renovation.
