This week I stayed with some friends at Its Kale hotel in Ioannina. I want to thank the owner, Dimitris Giouli, for his astonishing kindness. He even understood that we had made a mistake in the reservation and did not take advantage of it. Everything was perfect. This is a very spacious, very clean, very comfortable apartment with big terasses. It is in the heart of the city. The parking is just a minute away from the apartment.

From the moment they contacted us to advise how to check in to the moment we departed, the Petrou Suites staff could not have been more wonderful! They were helpful in finding out details of bus times and also offered to ensure our room was ready as soon as possible due to us having an early arrival, we were able to check in early without any bother. The hotel itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and quite modern. The lady who checked us in and also helped us with luggage storage on departure was an absolute gem! I only wish we had longer in Ioannina so we could have stayed another night. Highly recommend this hotel!
