Easy elevator, good shower with hot water and decent pressure, clean bathroom, wonderful balcony with Acropolis side view, simple but perfect breakfast, friendly staff. Perfectly sized hotel with (I think) only 28 rooms. We stayed at 407, the walk to the beautiful view rooftop and breakfast was a short walk upstairs.

Lady managing the facility is incredibly helpful , always smiling and everything you can hope for. Place is very clean and modern with everything you need in a room.

Everything was superb! The breakfast at a nearby cafe was extremely delicious and staff was so kind and helpful. Our room at the property was spotless. We also had 2 bottles of water in the fridge which we appreciated since we arrived late at night. There were also coffee pods and tea bags. The property is a 5-10 minute walk from the Acropolis museum and only a 3-5minute walk to the nearest bus / tram stop.

The room was large, very clean and had all the amenities: a nice bed, good hot shower, toiletries, a big room. The hotel reception was by far the best part of our stay. Evelyn is the perfect host, she helped us with almost everything, had good advice for the many good restaurants in the neighborhood and made our stay very pleasant with her ever existing smile.

The Acropolis Museum Residence was one of the best properties I have stayed in during my trip to Greece. The attention to detail in the apartment, the cleanliness of the apartment, the location, the fantastic view of the Acropolis were absolutely amazing. Panagiotis went out of his way to ensure that the check - in went smoothly. He was always ready to answer any inquiries or to furnish us with any recommendations. I was travelling with my daughter, son in law and 11 month old baby. We arrived from Naxos at 14:00 and Panagiotis graciously allowed them to use the apartment before leaving for the airport @ 18:00. It has made things so much easier. Thank you

The apartment was perfectly located. The metro station was around the corner and Syntagma and Akropolis were within walking distance. Under the apartment there is an excellent place for breakfast and a very good place for lunch. The apartment looks newly renovated and is very well thought out providing its guests everything they need to the last detail, from coffee machine with capsules to dish washing liquid.

I liked everything: from the breakfast to the room, to the kindness of the personnel. Also, it's locate in Athanasiou Dioku street, which is very central in Athens, and dedicated to one of the great Byzantine heroes who fought for the independence of Greece in the XIX century against the brutal Turkish genocide.
