They value their customers. Staff was very helpful, friendly and happy from reception to breakfast everyone. The hotel is very clean, excellent breakfast and location.We had an absolutely amazing time at Niko Seaside Resort. The rooms werw spacious and spotless. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Ag Nikolaos. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. We were upgraded from a partial to sea view room which was a treat.

The perfect stay in Crete. Great location, extrafriendly staff, good room layout, good size bathroom. Food was also excellent, with big portions. Beautiful pool, with a nice bar and restaurant. The beach and the river are also nearby. Everything was top notch. The jacuzzi in our room was a nice touch. The restaurant by itself is also high level.
