I had a wonderful stay at Batumi River Source! The flat is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect — peaceful, yet close to the city and the beach. The host was kind and helpful, making the whole experience even better. If you fancy an ocean view this place is yours.
Watch out about the elevation at the time of check out(an hour before or after 12).
Then it’d be ok even in august.
Been here last year in June and didn’t have the elevator problem but in august you gotta take my advice.
Overall good experience
And because of the clean room and bed sheets I’m giving them the full score.

Good quality stay, comfortable room and bed, every room has a balcony with a view. There is a cafe and bar on site with good prices for dinners. Breakfast is good, recommended.
