Lovely room, bright and comfortable. Good breakfast. The kindest and most helpful staff. Good position in a quiet area, close to the beach, to the tram stop from the airport and to the city centre, lots of supermarkets and shops nearby.

Great option for staying in Nice. Great location, very near to the bus or tram station, there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. The view is exceptional, large balcony that we were sitting and chilling every morning. You can see the beautiful sunrise from there as well.

Our host sent us the details to gain access to the apartment 24 hours before arrival, the instructions were clear as well as the video which was helpful and he was available at all times to answer any questions on Whatsapp. The apartment was clean spacious and comfortable, with a comfy double bed, a spacious separate lounge with sofa bed, the kitchen was well equipped, we were given tea coffee and sugar and bottled waters. There was a bathroom with a powerful shower and a separate toilet. Wifi was good. The apartment was in a quiet complex next to the airport end of the promenade. The tram stop was just outside to the apartment and easy to use 1.70 Euros for one trip, you just buy a card to travel at any stop, remember to validate your card when you first use the tram! It is quite a long walk to the centre and old town/harbour but the tram was easy and takes about 15 mins and they are very regular, you just need to get on the no 2 or 3 which runs from the airport to the harbour (by the old town) with stops along the way which includes the centre (Jean Medecin) which is close to the main train station and lots of shops and restaurants . If you like walking the promenade is lovely and so is the beach and watching the planes come in, we did it one day with stop offs for coffee, very pleasant. There is a supermarket about a 5 min walk on the promenade side of the apartment (airport direction) complex and it sells everything you would need

The owner is kind, helpful and punctual. The apartment is cosy and clean with a balcony including nice see view. There is everything what you need and the location is perfect for daily trips to discover Côte d'Azur. Parking is quite easy on the street in front of the apt or at the nearest parking garage. You can go easily to the old town by public transportation. Next to the apt there is a Carrefour, bakery and coffee bar. We would stay here again gladly, recommend to book!

Super comfy apartments, everything is clean and smells fresh. Stuffed pretty much with everything you need in day-to-day life. Washing machine, dishwasher, AC, WiFi , Smart TV, silverware, laundry detergent, coffee Nespresso mini, what else U guys need)) Of course a stunning view and a chill balcony are included. Definitely recommend!

We liked everything: the location of the accommodation near the embankment and the beach, the layout for four people, the hostess is very welcoming and responsive. We were worried about the proximity of the airport, but the planes did not bother us at all, we did not hear them. All rooms have air conditioners, there is everything you need in terms of everyday life. Excellent accommodation. I hope to come back here again.
