A typically residential neighbourhood, you can feel the atmosphere of daily life for Spaniards and migrants. Several grocery and vegetable shops and quite a few services in the area. Spacious and clean flat not far from the metro stop (7 minutes walk). Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, pleasant living room with dining table. Gas heating, so you have to wait a while for hot water in the shower. Decent WiFi speed. Very nice and communicative landlady, answered questions quickly. First access to the flat by telephone contact with the landlady (remote door opener), afterwards we used the keys left in the flat. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple of days stay in Madrid for several people.

Very clean spacious rooms, with cafe bar in front. Polite staff and easy access to all attractions in Madrid. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel.
The location is very nice and vibrant, but still calm.
