One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The attention of the staff is excellent. Especially thanks to Ibrahim at the reception who is a great professional and very attentive. The swim up room is a must , imagine having a private pool on the terrace of your room. Unbelievable! The beach with turquoise waters and fine white sand. The food was varied and delicious. Thanks also to Bassem at the pool bar for bringing us the best mojitos. It is the perfect hotel to relax and enjoy as a couple. We will come back every year! Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely superb experience at Jaz Elite Asteria! I had a dream stay at Jaz Elite Asteria and I can honestly say that it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to! Everything is new, modern and impeccably maintained, which offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere from the first step into the resort. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities for perfect comfort. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed is extremely comfortable - a real treat after a day spent at the beach or by the pool. The food was excellent, with a rich variety of fresh and tasty dishes, and the service offered in the restaurants was top notch. The staff is very kind, attentive and always with a smile on their faces, ready to help with anything you need. Massaouda Mazni was especially kind, nice and very friendly with us as if we had known each other for a lifetime.. The pool area is a real paradise – comfortable sun loungers, clean water and a peaceful atmosphere. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria to those looking for an elegant, new and refined place to completely relax and enjoy premium services. I can't wait to come back!

Everything was perfect it felt like a beautiful dream. Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and different every day! All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Moataz at the reception he was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Boulos for his kindness and great service. The staff was extraordinary - friendly, competent and efficient. Maria in Guest Relations stands out (extremely professional and friendly) as well as Mahmoud Ali who took care of our room # 1234 and went out of his way to make our stay memorable, the pool attendant and lifeguard Mostafa who apart from arranging our sunbeds with a smile even cleaned our sunglasses and iPads! 😄. Also Hany in the poolbar was outstanding. From the excellent restaurants we can mention Alaa and Ahmed from the pool/Oceanic/Indian restaurant and Ali from the main restaurant. Also Hammad at the reception was very helpful. The bed in our room was fantastic.

I’m really surprised! It’s a studio inside 5 stars hotel, the room is really clean and smells good, has it’s own pool towels, little kitchen, laundry and big balcony with two sun beds The hotel has 5 restaurants and lots of swimming pools and amazing private beach. Thank you for the little gift!!
