Food was wonderful and if you want to do a snorkeling it would be a good place to do. The room was clean, but one of the mattress wasn't comfortable.

Hotel is very private. All territory is very close to the beach. Landscaping is amazing. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and polite. Restorant ( all inclusive) has huge variety every day - salads, fish, 3-4 different types of meat, a lot of different spreads, dressings - for all kinds of taste and eating hobbies... Small rolls and desserts (cakes) decorated so nice that you could not resist!

Staff were super helpful, especially Zahraa who was always willing to help answer queries and make arrangements for my family. It was my son's birthday on the first night and Zahraa arranged for a wonderful reception and birthday cake Food was very nice especially the bbq and the desserts. Rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels were always provided when request. Overall we would definitely recommend this place to others and we look forward to visiting again.

Very spacious rooms, lots of pools and slides for the kids to play with, plus a beautiful and very accessible (even for little kids) coral reef to explore. The staff was very attentive (special thanks to Ereen who helped us with everything!). Makadi bay is about 30 mins off Hurghada, but on the plus side this means you save almost 2 hours on the day trips to Luxor.

This hotel was incredible! The staff were so kind and attentive. They remembered your name, what you liked, etc. Even down to the cleaners and room staff. The hotel is always clean and the beach is beautiful. There's lots to do and the food is so good!

The hotel is truly family friendly, we travelled with our 1,5 year old toddler and they had everything we needed. We stayed in a 'family deluxe room' and it was very comfortable, had enough space and we had a big balcony facing to the garden. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to suit both kids and adults. Plenty of options at every meal, and they had kid-friendly choices too. All of the employees were very kind, friendly and nice to our baby too. The garden is beautiful, our baby loved to walk around barefoot all day long everywhere. The pool was heated, which made it possible for her to bath too. The whole area is very clean and well-kept, the beach, the pool, the garden, the restaurants, bars. The front office management took a very good care of us, they were always super helpful (especially Hany), every time we'd a question.
