Great breakfast in a nice dining room with a nice garden view. We had a room overlooking the garden with a flowing river close by. The furnishings and art work are both unique and superb. The hotel has a first rate restaurant and a ice cream, pastry and chocolate shop attached. The employees were nice and helpful. This hotel is a gem.

Excellent experience. I am a retired solo traveler from Canada. Stayed 2 weeks plus and found it great. The price is excellent and more than competitively priced. Accommodations are clean, quiet, safe, and convenient, with restaurants, stores, and the historic center nearby. The metro (Tranvia) to and from the airport is two short, smooth blocks away. I doubt there are better more economical rooms available. Enjoy!
PS. breakfast included. The name is Hotel Balcon del Arte and the entrance is a hole in the wall. Reception is about 7m back of the street through 2 security doors with buzzers.

The breakfast and the food through the Italian restaurant were exceptional. The employee named Rodrigo was especially attentive and ensured that all our needs were met. The staff is incredible and do an excellent job to make their guests feel comfortable and safe. The decor and ambiance are wonderful. We will come back because we loved the comfort, the quiet, and the location. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had all the amenities including lots of hot water.

The staff was very friendly, room was clean and large. There is a nice recreational area on the top of the building where you can hang out. There is a restaurant right next door (connected to the hotel) that serves breakfast and good coffee.
