The staff in reception Sofi was so nice with us, she was so welcoming and smiling and answered all our questions The hotel located in very nice area beside the metro and shopping mall, also a very nice walking park located at right side of the hotel. All people in Copenhagen are so friendly Copenhagen is a very beautiful city. It was my second visit and I really love it so much.

In the hotel you can rent bicycles, with which you can visit the city perfectly. Each hub is built soundproof - nothing can be heard from the neighbors. The sauna is perfect in rainy and windy weather. The hotel is best suited for a city trip.

Nice hotel in excellent location with helpful staff. Easy short walk to subway stop for quick transit to airport. Also close to all major sites for quick tour of city by foot. Beds were super comfortable. Our room overlooked a central courtyard which was very quiet. No AC but not needed when we stayed. Open windows for fresh air and fan worked well (again, courtyard was very quiet). Ability to store luggage before and after stay to explore city was convenient. Free coffee and tea in beautiful hotel lobby was appreciated too.
