Excellent. The location is super, quiet and beautiful neighborhood with lots of green spaces along the water so it was perfect for me and my dog. And easy to get to and from central station as bus stop is right outside. They prepared some goodies and bed and bowls for my dog and we felt so welcome, the staff were so nice and friendly. The room is super nice, spacious and so comfortable has everything you need. AC was a heavenly escape from the heat. Will certainly come back next time.

Perfect location, really quiet part of the city, room was excellent with all necessary for a short stay. Staff is great, really helpful. Near by the metro line, and near by shopping center with several groceries. Wifi was great.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The facilities were great, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, the spa and the room had everything we needed. It is easy to get into the City Centre, the train is a 10 minute walk but it is also possible to walk into the city by the lake which was amazing (Approx 45 minutes).

Great location - Great Architecture post-industrial with amazing new york loft style. We love it ! Nice breakfast buffet. Good bar. All employees were sympathatic and professional. The place to be in Hamburg.

Comfortable and stylish!!!! Everything you would expect for a self catering unit. This was like home away from home 🏡 . Very friendly and helpful staff. The unit is 100m from the Elbe river where you can get the hop on hop off busses and do a river cruise. Next to the famous St Michel church.

The restaurant at the hotel was really great. We enjoy a wonderful and tasty dinner. Compliments to the chef. They had their own wine so really great red wine. For the bartender of the Bar Bleu in the hotel compliments because the cockatils made by him were amazing. What to say more, the position of the hotel , to the staff and the food really great. We will come again, for sure 😊
