Good at restaurant was exceptional. I stayed with my two kids and we enjoyed greatly the heated pool. That was a true bonus and in Bogota where it can be windy and cool at times. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was exceptional - a huge variety of options. Service was attentive.

The location of the property is great. Close to Andino Mall. Love the little park and all the trees surrounding the area.
Breakfast was also great. Had the option of the buffet and to order additional from the restaurant.

The young ladies at the front desk were so kind, efficient, and personable! Although the location was great, keep in mind that people in Bogota party late into the night. There will inevitably be some street noise and revelry. If you can't handle that, avoid Colombia.
