The room soundproofing was superb. Even though our room closest to the elevators, we barely heard anything when inside the room. The concierge, Jones Zhao, was extremely helpful and patient. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and even had delicious biang biang noodles. The decor was very nice and very appropriate for the historic city of Xi’an.

It was amazing, lively, in the best location, room was minimalistic (to my taste) but had everything we needed. Very much an ikea minimalistic showroom feel. The staff was friendly too. Love the added touches in the common area like the hexagon pool table and the fruit ninja on the wall.

Our stay at Softel was excellent. The room matched the description perfectly. The location is ideal, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station. The staff was very helpful. Kevin provided great assistance with our luggage upon arrival, and everyone was kind and attentive throughout our stay.
