The location is just perfect for taking the Metro and getting a Taxi. the Employees are willing to help with whatever problem you might have, even though it can be tricky sometimes through the language barrier. The Check-in can be very confusing, reception is on the 24th floor and the only elevator that takes you there is SM1. For getting down you have to take the elevators to the 30th floor and change to another one to get to the second floor with the exit!! In total there was nothing to worry about, the bed was absolutely comfortable and the view was insane. Would definitely stay there again :)

the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a great breakfast. The transfer was excellent with a very nice driver. The location is very good. I recommend the hotel to everyone.
