We had an incredible stay. and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing front desk team. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The receptionists, Belle, Juliya, Vivi, Lily, and Joey, were all outstanding – professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They made check-in a breeze, gave us great recommendations for things to do around town, and were always available to assist with any questions or requests we had. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made our experience memorable. Whether it was directions, extra amenities, or just a friendly chat, this team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. What can I say in one word? Exceptional! This hotel is truly one of the best place I've ever been for quality-price. The facility is brand new, the room is extremely clean, spacious and it has everything you can think of. Plus, it's very hi-tech (I loved the bathroom). The bed is super comfortable and big, as well as the pillows. The area is alive during the day (full of restaurants and stores) and quiet at night, so perfect if you wanna sleep well and rest properly. The breakfast was tasty and with traditional food as well, plus it changes almost everyday. The staff is just great, always ready to help you and give you tips about the city and any kind of support you might need (all of them speak English). Moreover, they're very kind and smiley, which is always highly appreciated! I will definitely come back to Xishu Garden Inn for my next stay in Chengdu: don't hesitate to book it!

The hotel is located in the hub of the city and very close to the most sophisticated shopping malls. The room was spacious and its design was practical and handy for occupants. Breakfast had a wide variety of exemplary quality Oriental and Western choices. It is worth mentioning that the service of the restaurant staff was remarkable, one of whom Miss Amy WU Yaru was particularly outstanding. She did remember our favourite juice which was not included in the routine menu and automatically served it on our next visit. It however does not undermine the equally high quality service of other staff in various departments. It was a memorable and enjoyable stay overall.

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a sixth consecutive year.

The breakfast offers a large selection of Western and Asian foods. Their noodle station was varied and pretty good! Our two bedroom plus living room was huge and even had a washing machine and dryer, which we used quite often! The kitchen has all the basic amenities. Their 24 hour gym was also nice to use! The hotel is connected to Raffles City mall so it was very convenient.
