Everything was great, from the first moment they contacted us to see if they could help us. They arranged an excursion to see the pandas and the leshan buddha and gave us tips on where to eat and what to see. We also forgot a charger and they sent it to another hotel. 100% recommendable, the whole team was very nice. Thank you very much for everything!

The hotel is great with the service and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is ok too, there isn’t a shopping centre around, but it is close to the city centre. The concierge staff, September is amazing with her services and bring the service to the next level. It is definitely an asset to the hotel. No regret at all to stay at this hotel. I had dinner at Lixuan Chinese Restaurant, Stella who served us was great. I would like to recognise both September and Stella. Please pass my recognition to them and hopefully the hotel will show the appreciation to them.

Beautiful hotel in a very nice location in Chengdu. Really close to the metro and other attractions. Lots of cafes and shops around the hotel. A nice plus: two giant salamanders in the fountain! I hadn’t been able to see them during the rest of my trip but was super nice to be able to see them there. The breakfast is also a nice addition!

Very good location. Short walk to metro where you can explore Chengdu. Heaps of great Restaurants nearby the hotel. Excellent breakfast, we loved the chinese noodles. Can only recommend to stay here.
