Lovely staff, especially Betsy, who was so warm and welcoming even though I arrived much earlier in the day than planned. She provided the room early and even gave me breakfast, which was much needed after a long, stressful night due to flight changes. The room was cosy and the hot shower was great! Location was excellent, just a short walk to places I wanted to visit, and the view was beautiful!

This is a beautiful historic home well maintained and charming. It is centrally located on the most main Cerro of interest in this lovely city. The decorations and general feel is understated so you can feel very comfortable to wander about and enjoy the place and surroundings - great setting inside and with great views to the ocean. The staff are amazing and so very helpful - many thanks to Claudia and Damien for all their help.
