Everything was great. The location was perfect in the heart of trendy Lastarria with all its bars and restaurants. The staff were incredible and the room beautifully designed with quality facilities. 10/10 all the way.

- location is great/ Lastarria, close to old part of town, walking distance to cute little restaurants. Mercado centrale, Santa Lucia Hill, etc.
- great breakfast/ poached eggs were my favorite
- food in the restaurant was awesome/ ceviche is fantastic and must try,
- pamper yourself with pisco sour in a hotel bar on a terrace with a great view of Santiago and San Cristobal (funicular)
- very helpful, nice and kind staff - they gave us great advice about everything whatever question we had!

Incredibly beautiful hotel, incredible delight. Style, details, everything is wonderful. Especially worth mentioning is the beautiful garden where we had breakfast.

The staff here are really lovely. Everth even accompanied me to order breakfast three blocks away and provide Spanish translation on my behalf. The rooms and overall property are kept extremely clean, the showers are rainfall and stay hot with good pressure, and the lockers in the dorms are extremely large. And there’s coffee in the mornings which is always appreciated. There’s gym equipment and a pool available as well. Each bed has a lamp & charger. There’s blackout curtains and a/c. You’re buzzed in and out of the building so it feels safe. And a sweet detail I noticed is that the staff is extremely respectful with the privacy of the female dorm and won’t cross the threshold into the room while assisting you.

I had limited email and no cell, but I told the owner about when I would arrive and they met me in the lobby. I had to wait maybe 15', but considering I had no way to communicate since I left my previous place in Valparaiso, it worked out very well.
