The reception was super kind and I really thank you guys. It was the first day in Switzerland and I had more than 17hrs flight, so I really needed a nap or some relaxing in the bed. But it was too early when I got this hotel so I tried to keep my luggages there first and I would get back later to check in. Then, the reception said "If you are room is ready, you can check in now So let's see" and yes it was ready so I could check in earlier ! Oh thank god ! And they were really trying to give me some info becuz it was the first day in Switzerland for me. I felt warm and happy. Thank you so much for your kindness again !
