The staff without exception were friendly and kind and would do anything for you. They provided my mother with a kettle tea and fresh milk.on request. The breakfast was excellent definitely more than we had anticipated. Rooms were clean. Very close to the lake.

The location is great - quiet and within walking distance for some destinations, very close to an array of public transport options (trams, trains, buses). I was on vacation, but the hotel is also a good option for a business trip. The staff and service are good. The room is large enough, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and sufficiently diverse (a note - the restaurant is quite good, too).

Didn't have private car park space, but the owner guided us on how to get the parking approval. There was no WiFi connection in the apartment. It was supposed to be fixed, but never happened until we checked out.
