Host is very responsive. Apartment is easy accessible. Location is great, 5 minutes walking to lake. Large windows with great view. Everything is perfectly clean. All main points of interest and restaurans are in walking distance. Bonus is free parking in tourist area near apartment. Warm recommendation.

I liked the location which is in the centre everything around you shops and restaurants. the room was very clean and tidy. stuff are very helpful. The train from the hotel to main train station only 1 minute walking no need to take taxi. the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. if I come to visit Lugano next time I will book this hotel.

The location. It’s walkable to the lake, the shopping areas, with busses passing in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and roomy with a balcony that is high-up that you see the whole town and mountains and are beautiful at night. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast in the morning is typical of the area but the fresh coffee is good, shout-out to Claudio, he is a gem and very attentive.

We love everything in this hotel. It is charming and full of characters. They share the history of the hotel along the corridor, including some really nice painting. Perfect location to stay in Lugano. Short walk to the shops, restaurant, and supermerket. Big park with playground nearby so you can enjoy the lake walk and finish it off at the park. Lovely breakfast with great service staff. Mini bar in lounge area with complimentary tea and coffee. We stay in family suites at back next to the play area so my son can enjoy himself there with minimum supervision. My room comes with pantry and kitchenette so you can cook if the easy meal if needed.

This family-owned hotel is centrally located just a short walk from Lugano town center and its breathtaking lakeshore, and the famous Piazza Riforma with its many sidewalk cafés.

We stayed in a studio room. It was well lit, spacious, and clean, and had a spacious bathroom. There were a lot of utensils and dishes, toilet paper, bags, and paper towels. The closet was comfortable, and there was a safe. The location is very convenient: it's close to the downtown and to the train station. However, it's a steep slope from the downtown to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station. The staff is very responsive.
