Apartment was very clean, bright and pretty, excellent location, just outside the building is a subway station and lots of coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood! Totally recommended and definitely book it again for my next stay in Toronto!

The hotel exceeded my expectations, the staff were very friendly and helpful, I got a better room than I had booked, the rooms are fully equipped flats with a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen had a tea and coffee set and a fridge, the bathroom had a hairdryer and toiletries, and the bedroom even had slippers. Clean, quiet and pleasant. I was able to prepare my own breakfast (which is much more convenient when travelling with a large time difference). The hotel was located close to TMU - a leisurely 20-minute walk along the inspiring Church Street. There were cafés, various restaurants and shops nearby. I have nothing negative to say. If I am in downtown Toronto, I will gladly return.

not bad. But the room is not very comfortable, like in a hospital. The air conditioner was very noisy. It was cold in the room. There is no heating in the shower, it was cold to take a shower.
