Me and my family and I enjoyed every bit of the hotel. The customer service was excellent. The facility was top-notch. The facility, i must say, was extremely clean, and that was number one for us. Julie and Randall were lovely hosts at this BB. The room was huge with a lovely ensuite. The breakfast was scrumptious and very healthy. They made us feel so welcome and at home.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel's location is excellent. It’s in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, about a 15-minute easy walk to the city centre, which made it perfect for exploring the area on foot. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, let's say more than enough for one person. It had everything I needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Over the past month, I’ve stayed in four different hotels in Ottawa, and this one is by far the best of the best. All the hotels I tried had ratings above 8.5 on Booking and the prices were about the same, but every single one of them turned out to be a disappointment — not clean enough, unhelpful staff, or an uncomfortable sofa bed for the kids. This apart-hotel, however, exceeded all my expectations. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well thought out. I can say with complete confidence that it truly deserves the title of “the best.” Highly recommended — everything was just perfect!
