I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. The breakfast deserves special mention: varied, well-prepared, and with fresh products, providing a great start to the day. Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.

I had the best stay of my life at New Point in São Paulo. Everything was super clean, the breakfast for one person was more than enough and always on time and delicious. The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind, respectful, smiling, warm and welcoming. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Leaving was really sad because everyone there was so genuinely nice. Very good option, the suites are clean and the people are very responsive and they helped us in any way possible. The area is good and seems very secure (by the standards of Sao Paulo). The gym was very good. In general, everything is new and nice.
