Staying at Pension Elisabeth was a truly wonderful experience. The room had a lovely ambiance—it was located in the basement with direct access to a charming little garden, which made it feel very cozy and peaceful. The hospitality was outstanding, and everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Frank at the reception—he was incredibly kind and helpful, offering detailed advice on local attractions and how to get around. His tips really enhanced our trip. The room was very efficiently designed. It looked recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. Location was walking distance to all the main attractions. Breakfast had lots of choices, and served in a homestyle dining room attractively decorated. We liked there were beside tables with outlets both sides, and a small desk on which we could use as a drop zone when returning to the room after a day out.

We had a lovely stay in Hotel Ganslhof for a week. All the staff were so friendly. Our room was very comfortable and cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, ingredients were regularly topped up and it was very tasty. Although it is not in the centre of town it is an easy walk in or there are good public transport links close by We will definitely return on our next trip to Salzburg.

Excellent location - 10-minutes walk to the train station and 15-minutes walk to the old town. Quiet area. Personal at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. We didn’t have breakfast, but restaurant area is very nice
