We liked everything. Top of the Top. High class hotel. The facilities, the food, the views (from the room, and the 2 pools) the room very clean and spacious .. we took with an access to the lounge and it was very useful and cool. the staff was Attentive - would like to mention Craig and Soukaina from the reception and specially Fatima from the lounge she is one of a kind.

It was such a wonderful stay for my Dubai trip. The room was clean and neat. They have everything that you possibly need. The staff were nice, kind and professional. I would like to highlight Rahul, Mohamed, Leizer, and Robina as well as the cleaner. They provided and were there to assist you during the stay as well as being empathetic to me as my flight was in the late evening and they provided the room for me until late afternoon (subject to availability) and I really appreciated that. I will surely be back again!
