The staff was amazing, everyone smiling and willing to help. I forgot some stuff in the room and the staff facilitate the shipping to my adress.
The difference was definitely made by the people, from cleaners to valet, to beach staff, butlers and reception. They all were great.
Breakfast was amazing, crazy variety and taste.

The hotel is right on the beach .
Amazing view, big rooms very clean a d the staff absolutely amazing.
From front house to the restaurant pools porters absolutely everything and everyone is lovely.
The manager Florian is wonderful he upgraded us to a suite when we arrived as we had young children and made our stay wonderful.
Jonathan from the white restaurant was amazing , he
made sure that everything was perfect for ourselves and the children and i have to
mention Herra from housekeeping made my sons birthday memorable with arrangements in the rooms and amenities.
I would definitely come back every time we will visit Abu Dhabi and i can highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

I received an astonishingly good service by Ismail Khadar, the housekeeping! It's totally different from other housekeeping during my 3 nights staying. Thank you.
And I also received a warm welcome by a male staff at the pool (Looks like the Hollywood star, Denzel Washington😜), but sadly i got no chance to know his name, I only know he was off on 14th, other days he's always there for us.
Much appreciated. 🥰
