After traveling for over twenty hours from the UK it was a pleasure to see how nice the hotel was. The biggest bonus of all was how friendly and helpful the reception staff were. We much needed that after a very long trip, thank you. The bar food was also good and the bar staff really happy and friendly. We loved the shuttle bus and how often they ran. We never waited more than five minutes at either side for one. The pool area was lovely and the gardens are just gorgeous and well looked after.
