Hotel Triglav opende voor het eerst haar deuren in 1906. Na een grondige renovatie is het 4-sterrenhotel in april 2009 opnieuw geopend. I had an amazing stay at Hotel Triglav! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience special. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful—since I arrived earlier than the check-in time after a night of travel, she made the necessary arrangements so I could get my room a bit early, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The wellness area was also a highlight, featuring three small saunas and a pool with a stunning view of Lake Bled. The attention to detail was remarkable, especially with the Valentine's weekend touches—heart-shaped chocolates on the bed, fruit and water in the room, and everything I needed for the wellness area, including bathrobes, slippers, and towels. The staff throughout my stay were attentive and welcoming. The breakfast, which was included, was another highlight. It was served à la carte, and everything was beautifully presented. The eggs Benedict were fantastic, and the selection of coffee, croissants, butter, honey, and jam was simply delightful—everything tasted fresh and high-quality. I also had the pleasure of attending one of their wine tastings, and Tylan (hope I got the name right!) was fantastic. His deep knowledge and passion for wine made the experience truly enjoyable. Overall, my stay at Hotel Triglav was wonderful, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

The B&B is also a perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a plethora of activities such as hiking, canoeing, and even Viking-themed adventures. I highly recommend Ukanc Vila Park B&B for anyone looking for a cozy retreat with stunning natural surroundings and outstanding hospitality.
