The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were clean, comfortable. The food was good too. Our stay was amazing. Great value for the money too. I would highly recommend!!

Een groene oase in de Sacred Valley van Peru! Het hotel ligt aan de rand van Ollantaytambo, op 5 minuutjes lopen van het dorp, de ruïnes en restaurantjes. De tuin is heerlijk om te chillen, staat vol met mooie bloemen en planten, en geeft uitzicht op de machtige bergtoppen om Ollantay heen. De kamers zijn ruim, met lekkere bedden en een goede douche. En het ontbijt… 🤩 Iedere ochtend serveren Leo en haar team verse jus, perfecte avocado uit de tuin, scrambled eggs, heerlijke koffie en Inca broodjes. We zijn verwend! Eigenaar Alex is ook super aardig, kwam iedere dag langs voor een praatje, heeft taxi’s voor ons geregeld en mijn man geholpen toen hij een probleem had met zijn camera. Een super fijne plek om te verblijven in een prachtige omgeving, ik zou er wel kunnen wonen!

Tambo del Inka, a luxury establishment located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, is the only hotel in Urubamba that has a private train station with connections to Machu Picchu. This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

Het Aranwa Sacred Valley Hotel & Wellness is gevestigd in een prachtige 17e-eeuwse hacienda, op de weg naar Machu Pichu. The grounds were beautiful, the room was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. It is one of the nicest hotel experiences we’ve had!

Intitambo Hotel biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en een gratis ontbijt in Ollantaytambo. As a travel agent, I can be picky with my expectations but this property is highly recommended. The view from the patio is amazing and you can spend your time on it. The rooms, bathrooms are very clean. The bed is super comfortable. You can tell they put an effort. Most of all this looks like a family managed place and that reflects in the very warm welcome we received.

Wayras Hostal is gelegen in Ollantaytambo, op 19 km van Bus Station, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. The owner is very attentive and helped our group to move all the luggage to our rooms and prepared a wonderful breakfast with abundant fruits. The location is extremely good- only 2 minutes walking to Inca rail ticket office and waiting room. Storing luggage is convenient and efficient so our visit to machupichu is so pleasant with only a day pack.
