Surrounded by restaurants and cafes in Napier city centre, Motel de la Mer offers ocean-facing suites with a fully equipped kitchen. Some rooms have a balcony with ocean and city views. The owner is very friendly, and helped us with our queries even at night. Responsive to help messages even before the trip too. The room is extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. There is even a room spa bathtub, something which many facilities do not have. The location is very near the sea, which is of a very beautiful view. It is also about 5 mins away from town which has different shops and eateries. Very convenient to get food.

Absolute Beachfront B&B ligt in Napier, op 11 km van McLean Park, en is voorzien van aan het strand accommodatie met een tuin, een privéstrand, een terras en gratis WiFi. First off, Brin and Biddy were outstanding hosts. And the place was spacious and clean. The ocean front location made for a great view while relaxing in their spa. They loaned me a bike for a pleasant bike ride into Napier. Brin made reservations for us at a winery restaurant that was within easy walking distance. The food and wine were excellent. Definitely this stay was a highlight of our New Zealand trip.

Love the friendly service as well as the meals and room delivery, this made our stay even more relaxing and didn’t have to leave the room to go out for meals.

Overlooking the waterfront, The Crown Hotel offers stylish boutique accommodation in Ahuriri, just 5 minutes’ drive from Napier city centre. Really enjoyed our stay at The Crown Hotel. The room size was great and the location was excellent as it was close to many of the restaurants along the wharf. The fact that it was a 7-8 min drive from central Napier really did not matter at all.
