Everything :) the staff was super nice, especially Clara made us feel welcome immediately. It’s close the the most important things in the city in our opinion which is the beach and Quinta Avenida which is where a lot of shops and restaurants are located.

I did my birdwatching with a cup of coffee at the pool. Imagine a collared aracari in this green oasis in a busy part of Tulum. Hosts were very nice and helpful, for instance with their maps of their favorite restaurants and the best attractions. Breakfast under the thatched roof is wonderful.

The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.

The villas at Viceroy Riviera Maya are furnished with a private kidney-shaped pool and flat-screen TVs with DVD players. Free Wi-Fi is provided and room service is available. Service was incredible. All inclusive option was much higher quality than any other resort.

Attractively situated in the centre of Tulum, XscapeTulum features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. This 4-star hotel offers a shared lounge and room service. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The room was super clean and everything was fresh. Great water pressure and just steps from the pool. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful tropical plants and setting. The front desk clerk, Jesus, was super helpful and was a native Spanish speaker and also spoke perfect English. Just looking for a roof over my head and was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. I will be staying there on any subsequent stays.

The city's famous 5th avenue, world-known for its restaurants, bars, discotheques and shopping areas are only one block away. Location is just prefect. You are on the beach and one street from the town centre. The hotel is so cute, cozy and clean. The stuff very kind and breakfest was great. There is nothing not to like at this place.

Overall, our experience could not be better!
