The private balcony is either south-facing or has views of the hills. Reception staff was extremely friendly (Julio) and helpfull. Rooms have a little kitchenette, great showers and are of great seize. Breakfast was extended and the staff very friendly. This is a gem near the center of Cannes which we will visit more often, its heaven to be treated like guests (again) and it just needs friendly staff!

This property is 650 metres from Place Massena and from Promenade du Paillon Park. The bathroom was very spacious. Interior was simple but very functional and the room was very clean. Housekeeping did a good job of tidying every day and we were never disturbed. The air conditioning works very well to keep your room cool and the rooms are quite during the night. The staff is very friendly and polite! The location allows you walk to old town and beach or you can conveniently take public transport. The TV supports casting and the WiFi works very well.

On sunny days guests can enjoy breakfast outdoors on the terrace by the pool. The hosts are nice the place is amazing the breakfast was amazing .. Love it and love the dog Sam the hots were so nice and helpful . Will definitely go back and highly recommended.
